If your order is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
Before returning any goods, please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
Returns received without a valid RAN may not be processed.
A full refund will only be issued where the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser, but due solely to an error or defect by the Company.
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to a full refund of the goods supplied.
No claims for:
Damages
Interest on monies paid
Any other associated expenses
will be entertained.
