Trade Terms & Conditions

⚖️ 1. General

These Trade Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale and trade transactions between Power Tackle (“the Company”) and the buyer (“the Purchaser”).
By placing an order, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
No variation shall be valid unless agreed in writing by the Company.

🧾 2. Orders

  • All trade orders must be submitted in writing or via our approved online trade platform.

  • Minimum order values may apply; these will be specified at the time of order or account setup.

  • Acceptance of an order is at the Company’s discretion and subject to product availability.

  • Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled without written consent from the Company.

💷 3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at the current UK rate.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment terms must be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of order.

  • Trade account customers may be offered credit terms (typically 30 days from invoice date) subject to satisfactory credit checks.

  • The Company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

🚚 4. Delivery

  • All deliveries are made via Royal Mail, Interlink Express, or a designated courier service.

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • The Company accepts no responsibility for delays or errors caused by third-party carriers.

  • Risk passes to the Purchaser upon delivery; ownership remains with the Company until payment is received in full.

🔁 5. Returns & Faulty Goods

  • The Company must be notified in writing of any damaged or defective goods within 7 days of receipt.

  • No goods may be returned without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) issued by the Company.

  • Where a defect is verified, the Company’s liability is limited to replacement of goods or refund of the invoiced amount.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses.

📦 6. Cancellations

  • Orders may not be cancelled once processed without prior written agreement.

  • If cancellation is accepted, the Purchaser may be charged for any costs incurred up to that point.

⚙️ 7. Liability

  • The Company’s total liability under any contract shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

  • The Company accepts no liability for loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

🔒 8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and product descriptions remain the property of Power Tackle and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

🧰 9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or supplier failures.

📘 10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Power Tackle reserves the right to amend these Trade Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates.
